PCB Layout Design

The PCB design and layout forms an integral part of the design of the whole product, and it can be the key to the success of the product meeting its performance requirements in many instances. While designing a PCB layout we follow the standard method taking into consideration Sizing Traces, making small loops, Kelvin connections and placement of heat sensitive components etc. We ensure that all PCB designs are analyzed thoroughly for timing, signal integrity, power, heat dissipation (thermal compliance) and EMC/EMI compliance. Prototype Build

Building up the prototype is one of the most rewarding steps of the process. Speed and high tolerance for ambiguity and change is the key factor in prototype building process. We assemble PCB both SMD and DIP, cable harnessing, chassis and case assembly. Proficiencies: Proteus, Matlab & Multisim.
